Tides of Hope

This piece is inspired by my desire to create an anime-like environment, drawing from the whimsy and beauty of Studio Ghibli. "Tides of Hope" symbolizes resilience in the face of adversity. Amidst our many challenges, the lighthouse stands as a beacon of hope on a bright, promising shoreline. I did not create the skybox, or the birds, and I followed some sage wisdom from Justin Wallace to expand on my grass knowledge.

Tiling and trim used in the scene. I wanted to have some fun with a trim sheet for the lighthouse so I made these big windows as part of the trim.

Most of the foliage is driven by Vector3 colors, but I did paint one flower, the ivy, and one bush. I felt at least the ivy and one flower near the camera should be more detailed.

The grass is driven through an RVT landscape material that provides color tint, hue shift, and saturation. The grass material provides gradient control, more hue shift, and a wind mask to add more color variation. Thanks Justin for the tutorial!
